This boy deserves not to be punished in school.

This is a public offence, and should be dealt with as an adult.

There's 2 possible ways to punish him.

The penalty for voluntarily causing hurt is imprisonment of up to one year, or a fine of up to S$1,000, or both.
The penalty for using criminal force to another person is imprisonment for up to three months, or a fine of up to S$500, or both.

1)uniform tucked out, ok it's quite normal, Singapore is a hot country, and wearing tucked in shirts can be uncomfortable sometimes.

2)Modified school pants, uh oh! should the school had noticed this long ago?

3)Wait, where's his school bag? Don't you need to take notes, books, to study in school?
