english should be taught because it's a universal language and it could be used to communicate with the rest of the world
On my trip to Malaysia back in march, I did mention that some service staff, couldn't understand what I'm saying, even though it's, just plain normal simple english.

Also Malaysia=Some Boleh racial discriminations, come on, Even monkeys got over it faster than You. I suggest coming over to Singapore to pursue your SPM(O levels), You might sound weirder, have a weird name, but at least we're open to all.
