Continued from hereAfter my blog post, Domino's was quick to respond to my feedback.
in fact, the representatives came all the way from Kuala Lumpur apparently, just to meet up with me and Daryll over our bad experience at Domino's the other night.
I really really appreciate it.

A few things I noted from the conversation with them.
I asked a few things, like,
- Why is there no drinks dispenser like KFC or any fastfood outlet?
the general reply I've gotten was that
"Domino's main focus is on deliveries, we call ourselves The Pizza Delivery Experts(TM) "
As for the screen-thing

I asked like why was our names openly displayed, Where is our privacy?
"The screen helps show status of everyone's pizza, like where it's at, over here we have a promise of having the pizza ready in 15mins or a free personal 6inch pizza voucher will be given, some customers would question why would we need their names or numbers for, and we would explain to them that we need it to call them out when the pizza is ready even if they give us a name like Mr X."
Still, I don't see why it is necessary to display people's names publicly, even if it's Mr X, Maybe I should had given my name as "Sex Maniac" "Darling" "Michael Jordon".
but by now, I actually couldn't be bothered to bring up anything anymore, I am tired, no literally, It's 2am in the morning!
Anyways keeping it short, It's not really about the money, but how would a customer feel, everybody's first impression of the store.
Here's my first impression
- Chairs and tables - Definitely I'm going to eat-in and order some extra drinks to chill.
But what left me most disappointed was not really the pizza(Oh yeah, they told me the pizza is sold internationally this way, maybe I just have a different appetite level, by the way, the number of pineapple cubes as shown in the picture was around 24 pieces, but my pizza had only around 15pieces.)
After we made our move, one of the representatives rushed out and passed me a voucher(in the form of a letter), I was given a voucher to come back, for a free Value Meal worth $29:90, I really don't mind not getting a refund back, But, After I read thoroughly through the letter hours later, I realized that it's not for me.

I certainly am not the "Media" Yes, I am part of Social Media, But I certainly did not attend any food-tasting session, my point being, If it's not meant for me, Don't give it to me, I am totally alright even if I don't get anything back.

Anyways I did a little research online for prices of the Hawaiian pizza, or something similar.
As of today
Spizza - Julianna 10inch pizza, $17,
SourcePizza Hut - Hawaiian, 9inch pan pizza, $16.50,
SourcePizza De France - Hawaiian Classic, 10inch pizza $15,
SourceCanadian 2 for 1 pizza - Hawaiian Classic, 10inch pizza, $22.90(2pizzas),
SourceOishi Japanese Pizza - Aloha Combo, 10inch pizza $15.90,
SourceDomino's Pizza - Hawaiian Paradise, 9inch pizza, $22.80,
SourceYou know, Domino's seemed to be really expensive compared to the others, I am definitely never ever going back to Domino's again.
Even Aaron think it's weird not being able to buy drinks if it's meant to be a dine-in place, Come on, there are chairs and tables there isn't it? I still don't believe that the Kovan outlet is meant for deliveries only.
