I've been pretty busy, Not much time to blog, I have quite a few things due by 5th July and am rushing to finish the projects, But anyways, enjoy my new song!
For a period of 5days and 4nights, from 22nd to 26th June 2010, I've experienced a life with no handphone or interweb in the states of Penang and Melaka.
I've took 733 photos in total for the trip with ITE college central. and had over 30hours clocked in the bus. I will be blogging about this soon once I've finish some errands with it.
I'll be gone to Penang, Malaysia for a few days till the 26th for some school industrial trip(argh, they told me humanitarian work in the first place, I guess they want to find out who is dedicated, and filter out the rest)
I've brought some soccer bets and 4D lottery in advance just in case it strikes when I'm overseas.
No worries, I'm not that stupid to actually take-away back to Singapore some Penang Laksa.
Oh yeah, Please don't be an ass, I won't be picking up my phone, the roaming charges are just, horrific, I'll do online SMSes when I have the chance, Cheaper this way.
The movie starts off with a loser guy by the name of Kirk, low-self esteemed, a guy who doesn't fight for his future, a guy with no goals.
So one day while Kirk was working as a TSA screener, Molly, the hot babe, with 2 big.....eyes....was having troubles "being screened", accidentally loses her iPhone to Kirk, both met up, Molly makes it up for Kirk, Molly became obsesssed with Kirk and stuff, Molly and Kirk dates.
The movie is great except for some unrealistic situations.
It's a hard 3/5, Blame it on unrealistic situations and the release date for screening in Singapore, America and Australia screened it since 11th March 2010, But only 17th June 2010 for Singapore.
Argh, this movie reminds me of me having a deep crush on someone now, Yes, I am lovesick, For the first time in years! =D
So yeah, I'm now one of the Official Youth Ambassadors appointed by HPB for quitting-smoking. Awesome isn't it! Ah by the way the event was 2 saturdays ago, delayed cause pictures were scattered everywhere! and my Hard drive is left with only like 3gb of free space, had to delete lots of applications to make room for the photos too.
I invited my classmate Firdaus along! Changed into the event's shirt, initially they had trouble finding my size!

My favorite moment of the day. (Firdaus captured this on time), Apparently Michelle Chong knows me! When I walked past her, she went SCREAMING, no wait I'm just kiddin, She did scream a little.
She said loudly "OH MY GOODNESS, I KNOW YOU, YOU ARE THAT PASIR RIS LOW GUY, YONG WEI! YOUR VIDEO WAS SO FUNNY, I RESEARCHED ABOUT YOU!!"
Anyways I'm doing pretty fine lately, It's officially 13days since I've last smoked, I feel pretty good now, I haven't officially quitted. (Cause many people claim that you can never quit smoking, but you can only count the number of days/weeks/months since you last puffed)
Does that mean I can never quit? Ahhhhh
Smokers are generally lonely people, imagine having to excuse yourself to smoke whenever you hang out with friends(who don't smoke).
Smokers are poorer, approximately s$10 is spent on every pack, let's say the average person smokes around a pack every 2days, around s$1500 is being spent on cigarettes annually.
Their breath and fingers stink.
I've started smoking out of curiosity, also to experience the life of being a smoker, It started out alright, I get high pretty much all the time when I started smoking.
After a few weeks, It seemed like a norm thing to do, without it, I will feel awful, moody, you know, typical withdrawal symptoms.
Only with it, then I'll feel normal, Like, right now(non-smoker state). So there really isn't really any point in smoking, since once you get used to it, smoking only makes you feel normal, right?
