So recently these range of Yifon 's bottled mushrooms were launched and I've received an exclusive invite from Daen of Vibes Communications to taste it all, during my usual days and times.

Usually I'm seated in front of either my Macbook or iMac, Doing mostly work, audio recordings, video editing. (Sorry, I really have no idea how to play DOTA, I do real work on a computer, not games.)

Usually I keep a bottle of pickles to snack on.....

And sometimes I help myself to some fried snacks while doing work, But hey, I'm really sick and tired of the same old snacks I eat, ALL THE TIME.

Time for change, Being a keyboard warrior, I must prepare myself for long hours seated by the computer, Food is essential for any warriors.
So I chose Yifon's Bailing mushrooms first, particularly because it's considered "Vegan abalone", because it's taste and texture is simply really close to a real abalone.

Delicious! And it wasn't salty or anything, the gravy that came with the bottle taste pretty much like vegan oyster sauce, Just in case you don't know, I'm almost as good as a vegetarian already, I hardly eat meat nowadays.

Having told my mum about this Yifon Bailing mushroom, and how the gravy tasted like oyster sauce, she decided to do a little experiment, and prepared to cook up a vegetarian dish for me.
Some veggies

Some tofu

LOOKS A LOT LIKE SOME CHOPPED UP ABALONE RIGHT?

Frying the tofu, to give the tofu some crunchy skin.

She simply stir-fried the veggies and added nothing else but the gravy that came with the bottled mushrooms!

Look at how awesome a dish it is, rice went really well with the gravy from the bottle.

Again, for a second dish, some carrot noodles.

Boiled the noodles with some veggies and prawns, drained the water, added the Teatree bottled mushroom.

And not forgetting the gravy along with the noodles.

Simple but delicious dishes, made possible with mum's help, and with these Yifon mushrooms, Which by the way, contains no preservatives, artificial colorings or trans-fats, in fact, it is damn low in fat, making it a healthier alternative to meat.
And so far all 7 bottles of mushroom which I've tasted, it doesn't taste salty at all, unlike the pickles....
