I've been waiting whole day today at home to await for my 15lb package that's coming from the States, at 2:31pm, it was handed to the courier who's suppose to deliver it to me.(Usually, in fact all the time, when it's with the courier, it's always delivered to me the same day.)
Take a look at the earlier timestamp of the package's tracks at 9:18am, IT WAS MIS-SENT SOMEWHERE ELSE? Erm, Ok? At least it's still in Singapore right?
I waited and waited anxiously, till a few minutes ago, I've gotten another notification from DHL......THE PACKAGE IS NOW BACK IN HONG KONG? WHAT THE.....(wait for it.....).........DUCK?!
Even my package that originated from Hong Kong and delivered via standard air mail to SingPost was even faster than DHL.
Remember Sparky the Starhub dog from like a decade ago?
According to Dog Years, this Sparky should be a senile old dog by now, I guess that's why he's "looking for love".
My favorite telco, Starhub, has came up with something really interesting, you get to interact with the commercials featuring Sparky from 26th August onwards(THAT'S IN 3DAYS TIME!)
All you have to go is go to your Android's Market, or Apple App store to download the "HUB IT!" App.
Turn up your speakers(I noticed that the app's mini-games are visual and sound activated, in the video a super high pitch sound is played occasionally) And point the app's Fetch Reward to play.
(YES, YOU CAN INTERACT WITH THIS YOUTUBE TRAILER)
It should look like this, once the "Tap Now" button appears, TAP THE DOG!
And mini-games such as "Tap the creepy guy on your phone" should appear.
I've played one of the preview mini-games that's going on right now, and I'm top 2! Wonder what I'm winning.....
And with the App, do look out for the Starhub posters all around Singapore, such as this, all 600 of them, each with different prizes to be won!
All you gotta do is point the "Fetch Reward" function to the QR code. ( I've read through the instructions, any QR reader will do as well.
And you'll get rewarded instantly! I GOT A FREE LIMITED EDITION TOTE BAG HOR.
And for your convenience...*Ahem.....Ahem*, I've taken photo of the QR code and posted it here, take photo of this on my blog and get rewarded as well! I'll be collecting the QR codes as long as I see them! Probably all 600 of them!
By the way, I have a Sparky that I wanna give away, if you want Sparky from me, Simply just comment here "I WANT THAT ___________ SPARKY", Most funny and creative answer wins. Remember to leave your email so I can contact you.
My Sparky very cute right? Want it?
All photos taken with my HTC Wildfire S and HTC Sensation, aiya can't remember which 2 awesome phones I used la!
"SingaPop!" - is a special tribute to the development of Singapore pop music, it seeks to showcase how Singapore's music scene has grown and developed over the last 50years.
Public registration for tickets closed on 8th August and SingaPop! has received a warm response from the public with more than 6000people registering for more than 20 000 tickets on the website.
The concert, helmed by creative director, Dick Lee, is divided into five acts, each representing a decade.
At first, Daniel Ong was just speaking out to an empty crowd...
Until Belinda Lee came up....
THEN THE WHOLE PLACE GOT CROWDED, HA JUST KIDDIN.
I pretty much had the privilege to head anywhere I like, here I am sitting right in front of the stage instead of squeezing in with the crowd.
Roughly where I'm seated, right in front, everybody behind me was probably like "Wa lao, why he so special one!"
The whole place was jam packed!
Anyways, here's a list of all the performers that came.

Performed by Sheikh Haikel, Dick Lee and Najip Ali(Left to right).
The power packed trios.
Also not forgetting another power packed trios from the 60s, Vernon Cornelius, Veronica Young and Sakura Teng, their vocals are very strong still!
Ah-DO阿杜, performing one of his best songs from 21st century,他一定很愛你(He must really love you a lot), Video by Conneo
Ah....I was just be 3metres away from Ah-DO...
So handsome.
Can't get enough of him.
By2, something I did notice about these 2 young girls...
They really like to show off their armpits.....
Taufik Batisah, winner of the first Singapore Idol held back in 2004.
Part 1 here ( READ IF YOU WANT TO WIN A FREE PAIR OF CRIZAL GLASSES)
Watch this video. (Self-explanatory)
Of course, Crizal lenses are scratch resistant, scratch resistant does not mean Blender-resistant. And of course, with the warranty for Crizal lenses, I'll be exchanging it for free! Woohoooo.
Notice how minimal the glare is? normal lenses are much more reflective.

My HTC Wildfire S(Currently used by my mum), approximately 30% smaller than my HTC Sensation
First boot up.
Again, kudos for HTC for coming up with the concave-shape design to prevent scratches on the surface(and yes, Corning's Gorilla Glass is used I think, cause it didn't scratch even with a key).
With the HTC Wildfire S' performance and user-friendliness of Androids, even my less-technological mum knows how to use it, ditching the useless Nokia phone!
Even though it's just 100mhz more processing power than the HTC Wildfire, at 600mhz, I had a great surprise with it's performance, it's able to run heavy-graphic games and not lag! (Video of me playing a car race game, click here if you can't see it)
Even the 5mp camera with auto-focus and light, seems to be a little better than my Sony cybershot camera.
No doubt about the HTC Wildfire S' camera capabilities for photos and videos. Photo of my HTC Sensation
Oh yes, even spotted an uncle on the bus playing games with his HTC Wildfire S.
Overall Pros
Good camera at 5mp
Runs Android
Able to run graphically-intense games smoothly, with just a 600mhz processor
