Casual Fine-dining in the heartlands - Double Spout Cafe

Located at the busiest vicinity of Kovan, Double Spout Cafe offers cross-cultural fusions cuisines, ranging from Malay, Chinese and Western to diners, together with an unique experience of fine-dining, in a casual manner, no need for suit and ties.

My friends and I, just like any other saturdays, would scout around looking for prominent places to dine and catch up with each other. As we strolled around Kovan, this particular cafe/restaurant caught our attention, and we decided to give it a shot.

The magazine-like menus fill with attractive choices, took us a while to decide on what to eat.

I had a Swiss-German Wurst set.

Alfred's Fish and Chips, very huge piece of fish.

Sixu's Chicken Curry Spaghetti.

And we shared a Munchy Combo among ourselves.

The bill came to a rough average of s$17 for the three of us each, for quality food, service and unique fusion cuisine tastes, I felt that it was very affordable and attractive.

The generous portions did fill my stomach(pretty rare), I was very satisfied, with so many other selections to choose from, I will definitely dine here again with some friends.
