My date up on the Singapore Flyer

The people behind Singapore Flyer gave me a pair of Singapore Sling flight tickets, but due to my pre-Alzheimer dysfunctions I only recalled it a few days back, luckily it didn't expire!

It was also too late to give it out, so I had to just use it.


Super-confidently, I asked a girl out, and yes, she agreed! Just get straight to the point, no need to flirt!



Finally, I'm with the pretty lady, Catherine up on one of the VIP capsules of the Singapore Flyer.(ah, bad photo timing.) Just both of us alone in a private non-shared capsule, 几 romantic一下wor....




In this ride, a complimentary award-winning cocktail, The Singapore Sling, is also served as we boarded.(Just realised I didn't take any other photos.)


Anyways, there are other themed Singapore Flyer rides available, one of it's best feature services is the  Fine-dining package aboard the capsules.

I'll miss you

Leaning against the old Suzuki while we were in Malaysia, is Shawn, one of my greatest buddies, on the 6th of June he is enlisting into the army.

As for me, I am scheduled to enlist on the 31st of July.

for the next two years, I will most likely not be able to see him often.

I'll miss you, in a heterosexual way.

Too much computer? Too much work? Playing too much on my phone? Guess what happened, my eyes became so sensitive to light lately that I gotta wear sunglasses even at night to ease the strains.

Let see if it gets better with a few days of rest.

1) How do you feel about receiving the Super Blogger Award?

2) What did you gain most during these years of blogging? How did you counter-attack any weariness that deters you from blogging? (if any at all)

Benefits,

1.     Ability to type faster than than to think.(Yes, that's an intentional typo.)
2.     Skills on cyber-stalking individuals, one of the easiest methods? Unprotected whois.
3.     Engaged in several keyboard warfare, silly, but fun in a way.

When I don't feel like writing, I won't, I'd rather stick with quality. The only time I'll start again is when I have a say, and I make sure it isn't a nonsensical one before I proceed, Sometimes I don't blog for the whole month.



4) How do you think bloggers can play a part in contributing to society, either in general or in any specific area?

Don't be a whiner, be intelligent, do thinks that would make you and everyone else think. Such as my blog articles on social graciousness, no point taking a photo of someone not being gracious(such as not giving up public transport seats to a needy), just approach nicely, gently tap and remind the other commuters about social graciousness.

Compare the former and later, which one do you think requires less effort? The later of course!


5) Given the many other social media platforms available these days, what do you think is/are the most valuable aspect(s) about blogs that the other channels not able to surpass/replace?

SEO, or Search-Engine Optimization, comparing static sites to blogs/interactive web pages, blogs are still one of the best for Google or any other search engines to deliver information from writers to everyone around the world.

It allows ordinary individuals to relate their views, on products and services on a non-bias ground, one of the biggest reasons why people visits blogs. I believe it can be a "push" to "force" service-providers, product-makers to further improve and maintain a competition in the markets with competitors.


6) If you are a Superhero, who do you think you will be and why? What kind of Superpower do you think you will possess? (If none of the existing superheros match what you have in mind, create your own and tell us!)

Strange little bug, the Pseudoscorpion

Today while taking a breather at work, I noticed a cute, strange little bugger.
A little close up on this little guy, with scorpion-like pincers and curious behavior, going round and round when my phone camera approached it.
A quick little google search revealed that they are actually called Pseudoscorpions, just like any other types of bugs, they have a wide variants of different breed. But, according to wiki and other sources, their sizes are only found to be at most 8millimeters big, I think I might have came across one that's a world record!
